Product Ad Pack offers a free preview so model suitability can be evaluated before purchase. Paid products deliver digital credits, commercial-use rights under the plan terms, multi-product AI generation, and named ZIP exports. Refund decisions therefore consider whether credits or digital services have already been used or delivered, along with mandatory consumer rights.
What the workflow controls
A confirmed provider or system failure releases the reserved generation credit automatically when the job reaches a verified failure state. If that mechanism fails, support can correct the ledger without treating the correction as a cash refund.
An unused Batch Pass may be eligible for refund when requested within 7 days of purchase. Used credits, downloaded commercial ZIP files, and fulfilled digital services are ordinarily non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Canceling stops future renewal. A current billing period is ordinarily non-refundable after credits or paid functions have been used. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or documented billing errors are reviewed separately.
A short, reviewable flow
Email contact@productadpack.com with the account email, order reference, request reason, and the affected amount. Do not send payment card data.
Support verifies the authoritative Yito Pay and Stripe order state, credit ledger, prior refunds, downloads, and disputed activity before approving an amount.
Approved refunds return through the original provider and payment method. Bank processing times vary. A browser message or support promise is not final settlement proof.
Clear answers before checkout
A creative preference alone is generally not a technical failure, especially after the free preview demonstrates the workflow. Contact support if the service materially failed to deliver the purchased function.
A verified provider or system failure should release the reserved paid credit. A completed result that is rejected for preference or source-related drift is reviewed under the ordinary credit terms.
After approval, the payment provider sends the refund to the original method. Processing time depends on the provider, card network, and bank and is outside Product Ad Pack control.
