This policy explains the information Product Ad Pack processes to provide image generation, account access, billing, support, analytics, and security. It also explains the role of infrastructure providers and the choices available to users. Do not upload a file unless you have the right and authority to process it.
What the workflow controls
We process the email address used for one-time-code sign-in, product photos and generation settings you submit, job and export records, plan and entitlement records, support messages, security logs, and consent-controlled analytics events. We do not collect full card numbers or CVC values.
Information is used to perform requested generation, maintain sessions and paid credits, prevent abuse, settle support requests, secure the service, measure the conversion funnel, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell uploaded product files.
Cloudflare provides edge delivery and Worker infrastructure, Neon provides PostgreSQL, Fal performs image editing, Google provides optional analytics, Yito Pay and Stripe provide billing, and ZeptoMail and Feishu provide sign-in and operational messages. Their processing may occur in other countries under their terms.
A short, reviewable flow
Anonymous generation references are intended to expire after 24 hours. Paid job records can remain available for up to 180 days. Security, billing, refund, dispute, and audit records may be retained longer when necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
GA4 optional analytics starts with analytics storage denied and activates only after consent. The site also loads the first-party pageview script disclosed in the page source. Analytics events must not contain prompts, uploads, passwords, tokens, payment data, or full referrer URLs.
Email contact@productadpack.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify identity, preserve records we are legally required to keep, and explain when a request cannot be completed in full.
Clear limits before checkout
Product Ad Pack does not train its own model on customer files. A requested image is transmitted to the configured generation provider to complete the task under that provider relationship.
The product is designed for 24-hour anonymous access. Provider-hosted files can have their own technical retention period, and security or abuse records may be kept separately.
Email contact@productadpack.com from the account address when possible and include the relevant job or account reference. Do not email sensitive source files or credentials.
