Frequently asked questions
Do unused monthly product-pack credits roll over?
Granted credits remain on the account until they are used, refunded, reversed, or removed for fraud or a terms violation. Checkout terms control any future change to credit validity.
What happens when a model request fails?
A paid generation reserves one credit. A confirmed provider or system failure releases that reservation. A completed image that you dislike is not automatically classified as a technical failure.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Signed-in subscribers can open the billing portal from their account. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not create a new refund entitlement for already delivered credits.
Is payment handled directly by Product Ad Pack?
No card number or CVC is collected by Product Ad Pack. Yito Pay coordinates the checkout contract and Stripe provides the embedded payment form and settlement.
